How long does a bromoil matrix last?

I found a matrix (or two) I made about 4-5 years ago. I'm wondering if they're still viable.

This is coming from a carbon transfer perspective... My tissues harden over time rendering them useless... Unless I freeze them. Could be the same with your matrixes. But there's only one way to find out...
