I've bought a few lenses from him and have been very satisfied. Condition was better than I expected, and his prices overall are lower than KEH.

A few folks here (and on RFF) who are more familiar with him have sung his praises. Can't say I've ever seen any negative feedback about him.
 
I recently bought some stuff from him. Took a couple day to answer my first email but prices were good as was shipping. I was very happy with him.
 
I've bought from him and been happy (although getting specific answers to questions via email was like pulling teeth but this is no different to most sellers IMHO). I would have no hesitation buying again.
 
If you have an issue with emails I'd suggest calling him.
 
I bought my Rolleicord Vb from them; condition was as good as or better than stated on the website, price was reasonable, fast shipping. Overall, very pleased with this dealer. Highly recommended! However, if you need questions answered or other inquiry I'd highly suggest calling him. As others have already reported, e-mail is not so good.

Generally that's good advice but I'm in Australia so there are other factors. I've also tried called people in Finland re lenses because of email issues, so I'm not averse, but it's not like calling people in your own country.

I bought several items from him, and he packed the items well and shipped fast, so I'm happy. My best results came from talking to him direct.
