I know of someone who carries that bag but he carries a toy camera with a ring flash.

How did you know!

Jeff

Last year I took my RZ to a parade and when trying to cross the street I almost got hit by a float because I could barely move with that heavy thing. Anything with wheels would be a great benefit when taking that thing out for a walk.

I always find it interesting that people consider it more likely that someone would steal their camera bag than their purse:confused:.

I tend to have neck-straps on all my cameras, and I keep them in bags with shoulder straps. And I have way too many bags

My work requires that I carry my Hasselblad and 35mm equipment together and sometimes it requires a hike into a location. I carry both systems in a Lowepro Super Trekker backpack bag.

The Hasselblad always sits on a tripod which can be strapped onto the pack.

Neckstrap

I use a neck strap on my tlr. It hangs straight ahead with a down angle of about 10 degrees or so. I could not find a name on the strap though. Any neck strap should work.

I have my RZ67 attached to my tripod at 90 degrees from horizontal. I then have a neck strop on the camera and a shoulder strap for the tripod. When walking the tripod is roughly horizontal with the camera pointing forward. It's quite comfortable and very nearly balanced (Manfrotto 055XPROB/496RC2) even with the legs retracted.

didn't say it would be less likely stolen than a camera bag...I just dislike ugly camera bags.
