How do I remove the back from a Pentax 6x7 camera?

I bought an inexpensive Pentax 6x7 for the sole purpose of dedicating as a Polaroid camera with my NPC back. Anyone know how to remove the back?

Remove the pin from the hinge

Ok I figured how to remove the back by peeling the leather and removing the five screws. Now I have to punch out the pin in the door latch and insert into the Polaroid back. Any suggestions would be appreciate it.

How do you plan on registering the pola film, in the same plane as the 120 film or further back?
