So on my iPhone I have my local Craigslist photo/video feed loading into one of the RSS apps ... noticed this at lunch and bought her!

Zenza Bronica ETRS
2 x 120 back
1 x 220 back
Normal prism finder
75mm 2.8 Zenzanon EII lens with a Tiffen UV/Haze
A set of Hoya close-up filters (+1 +2 +4) (I've never used anything like these?)

Thing is very clean, especially the lens!

$100

I'm usually a 35mm kinda guy, but figured I'd use up some of the 120/220 film I have in the freezer. Been awhile since I shot MF, especially 6x4.5 -- at least its still a rectangle :D

Dead Link Removed

Course now I need a wider lens, hehe.

Curse you!!! In the 1990's I spent $600 for the ETRSi alone, $200 for a back, $200 for a used plain prism, and $500 for the lens.

Darn, that is impossible to see here. 100$, about 75€... Cheeeap!
Now that justifies why some of the the US members have too much GAS, it's hard to not fall in such temptation.

I hope that you will enjoy it a lot!

OK stop braging about how cheap you get it for, now lets see some pics?

Start braging about how much fun you're having with your new $100 camera n rub it in even more!

See if we really care?

eBay has lightened my wallet considerably--I find myself enjoying the acquisition of new lenses and forgetting to go shoot film, which is beside the real point of having the camera in the first place, of course.

Just got a nice 55mm/f4 for my Pentax 6x7 for $175, and the seller threw in a UV filter. Better than KEH, even! :D

Amazing to go back and see what this stuff would have cost in 1970s dollars.

Sounds like a great deal!

Shame it ain't square though

Hehe :D

Quick question -- I noticed that the prism finder has a little "play" in it .. that is, it attaches but doesn't click - is it supposed to? Then it will slide from front to back just a tad. I still have to push the release button to take it off, so its obviously attached but just wondering if this is normal age wear. I might pick up an AE-II finder eventually.

Also I've been looking at lens prices, such as the 40mm and 50mm and notice they are pretty low, even at KEH. Are the Zenzanon lenses just not very good, or is it just a supply/demand economics thing? Any other manufacturers fit this mount?

Ok that was two questions

That loose fit is normal. I hate that but it really doesn't effect anything so be carefull not to pick it up by the prism.

Thanks, good to know. I figured it wasn't a huge problem as the finder is bright, focusing is good, etc.

I've had a bronica etrs and an etrsi and both had the same problem you've described. As Paul has already said, it doesn't affect anything, but it is a little annoying.
