How best to Clean/Lube Mamiya Press ball joints

Just got this Mamiya Press Super 23 off of the Ebays this week. Havnt tested it out yet because they sent me the wrong back and am waiting on the proper one. Doing the typical once over with some alcohol and q-tips when I noticed the bellows does not extend without some serious force. The seller suggested some mineral oil. In order of preference:
Ball pivots at the shaft to front standard- TriFlow available at hardware, home improvement, auto part stores, example: http://www.amazon.com/Tri-Flow-TF21...qid=1421019905&sr=8-2&keywords=triflow+teflon ; clock oil, gun oil.
Bellow shafts fully extended a trace amount of Finish Line Teflon Grease http://www.amazon.com/Finish-Line-P...=1421020112&sr=8-1&keywords=finishline+grease , or white lithium grease.
