Horizont Camera horizontal lines on frames.

Has anyone who uses a Horizon Panoramic camera come across horizontal lines running across the top of frames? I can't figure out what they are; they don't look like scratches.
I've ruled out scanner issues by photographing negatives; the lines still appear faintly. I've fully serviced the camera, replacing light seals, and the barrel moves freely. It doesn't appear in every frame but prominently in shots with many skies.

My only theory is that the pressure plate couldn't be causing them. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't see a pressure plate. Does that camera have one?

What kind of reels are you using for processing?

That's my theory, too. Some dirt sticking to the slit on the drum would mean that film is getting less exposure along the entire frame at the height of the particle that is stuck to the slit.

Thanks for the response; it does have a small pressure spring to keep the tension as the film wraps around the barrel. I use standard Paterson reels, but I don't think it's them as the lines have appeared on the colour film I've sent off to process.

Thanks for the suggestions; from what I can see, the shutter slit looks clear at all shutter speeds

This is a guess but it might be light reflections from the areas of worn away paint by the slit opening, try a sharpie
 
The roller to the left of the shutter drum: if that didn't turn freely, it might abrade the back of the film as it passed, maybe. I'd be tempted to polish away those little bits of oxidation anyhow.
 
Did you solve the problem?
I ask because I do have the same issue, but on my Noblex 135!

I did, I reapplied black paint to the parts of the shutter that was flaking and the lines have gone, I think the silver was reflecting and causing light streaks
