Horizon S3Pro Repair?

Anyone in the USA that works on the Horizon S3 Pro? I'm only getting 2 shutter speeds.

if you have warrenty send it back. it should have the same opening mechanism like ho 202. there is an instruction online. its a simple design. you can adjust it yourself.
can anyone confirm that there is no left-turn screw in the way? screws with two holes in it are left turned. one needs a special instrument to open/close. i had broken one of such screws. my repairman was not very happy.....
