What is freezer paper? PE laminated/coated paper?
You can't get such easily here.

Also in Europe here . . . that "freezer paper" seems to be the thin paper with PE on one side, used for wet fish and so on. Where to find that sort of thing which is heat-sealable is another question. Probably asking nicely in a fish-shop would get a piece big enough for experimentation?
