Hi,

Just thought id let people know i have made a blog post with detailed instructions about home developing black and white. hope some people find it helpful, thought id give something back after all the help i received when i first started out. if youre interested you can find it at:

www.twelvesmallsquares.blogspot.com

let me know what you think.

Thanks. Nice job. Suspect "film" photography is quickly becoming "b&w" photography with home development+scanning taking the place of scarce commercial labs for many. Not a bad thing, just the new reality.

yeah it seems that way doesnt it. shame really as i find home developing colour just as fun and b+w!

Caught a typo...

You will need to keep an eye on temperature. 20oC is ideal so you may need to warm you...

Kind of reads 200C, thats about 440F, a little warm.

alas in my blog host i cant make a superscript to represent the degrees symbol so i had to plump for a lower-case o instead

Actually the official way to indicate that temperature is 20C (no degree symbol).
