I got one and it's actually too good for a Holga- you really only get the funky squishy swirly stuff at the extreme ends of the frame, and then not much. I'm actually thinking of converting it to use a good glass lens with a full-range shutter.
With Rollei IR 400 I shoot at ISO 400 with the R23, R25, R29 and 720. R23 gives, as expected weak results. R25 provides the typical IR results we expect. R29 gives a welcome boost over R25, but I agree overall the 720 does provide the best results.
