Greetings from Spain!
I am recently back to analog shooting and printing after a long (10 years, give or take) dry spell mainly due to several relocations.

Right now I am shooting mainly MF (Rolleicord, Pentax 645), with the odd 35mm film thrown here and there. Some digital too especially when traveling.
I recently (almost) restored an enlarger and that endeavor brought me to the forum.

Welcome! My dream is to spend three weeks in southern Spain. Stay in small villages and hang with the locals while shooting lots of images.

Eric, my suggestion would be to avoid summer in such case, but I am Italian and Spain is still quite new to me so what do I know

What part of Spain (big country). I got to spend time in the Northern part ( near Balboa, and a little South) and I absolutely loved it. The people were very laid back, wine and beer was cheap, the country was beautiful, AND people knew how to drive.

Valencia, on the East coast! I have been living here since 2019 and I like it. Also can confirm they drive way better here than in Italy.
I've been to Santiago, San Sebastian and the pyrenees a few times, I quite enjoy the north of the Country myself too
