Welcome to Photrio,
If you have any long time operating photo labs in your area, they would be a great place to ask.
That isn't a designation I am familiar with - it may have been a Kodak Limited product most likely to be found in the UK.
Is it a plastic paper, or is it a paper, paper? Based on the font style, I would assume modern plastic (RC) paper.
Also, what size is the print?

I found Xtralife II paper browsing. C 2008 dye sublimation print. Used in dry lab printers. This is the first I've heard of this.

The font was used between 1984 and 2006.

The brand was used on papers inteded for ImageLink printers for amateur use.

And this print system was introduced in 2005.
