Hi folks,
I'm Philipp from near Freising, Germany, where the famous Weihenstephaner Wheatbeer comes from. I'm shooting mostly on film, 35mm and medium format. Beside my photography I like to repair all kind of things, at the moment much cameras. The last few were Mamiya RB and its Sekor-lenses, specially the shutters needs some work everytime, Hasselblad Zeiss Shutters and Compur Shutters. My last project was a Rolleiflex 622.
Most of the time I'm shooting with my RB67, Minoltas SRT and XD, and Olympus OM-1, sometimes with a Habla 500 as well. (Am I a hipster? I have lots of old vintage stuff... XD)
Digital I'm using a Canon Powershot G5X Mk. II and a Sony A7 Mk. I, but this is rare.
My workflow is hybrid most of the time, but sometimes I make some prints in the darkroom. I'm planning to ink-print my pictures in the near future.
So, I'm looking forward to read lots of articles now, I'm sure I'll learn lots of news from you.

Also ,Munich is home to the oldest, still operating camera manufacturing company in the world: Linhof.\; great city! What?! You live in MUNICH yet you don't use the Agfa cameras made in munich, like the beautiful Agfa Karat IV or the Agfa Ambi-Silette?! You do know that some of the best lenses were made there in your city right? Agfa lenses are underrated... My Karat IV with Solagon has amazing rendering, a splendid lens.
Please try an Agfa, preferibly with Solinar or Solagon lens. And you might drive a BMW as well, to enjoy the true taste of your city's mechanical prowess...
BTW, welcome to the Forum!
Erm... Munich is a great town, I like it of course... and there are and were lots of great manufacturers, of course! BUT... there are tons of other great cities with great culture and sightseeing stuff. 2013, my wife and I were in SFO, oh my goodness, I immediately started to love this area a lot. After SFO we went to HI and this was again another world and I started to love this as well!
What I want to tell is, that the life is too short to get the good places seen... Munich, or Bavaria is one of so much more. But everyone is invited to come, visiting me... since these lockdowns I know my surroundings much better.
My problem is... there are tons of other good manufacturers, specially for photographic stuff... I have some more, as everyone would need. Nikon, Minolta, Agfa, Habla, Leica (LTM only), Olympus, Rollei, Revue, Mamiya RB and ZE2, Yashica, Minox, and much more. I just think about a Mamiya 645, but have a 645 back for the Habla already... so... difficult to say NO!
Anyway...

I think, I’ll make some more, but I’m not sure if I should.
