... And legal nightmare if you make the mistake of photographing somebody who didn't want to be in your shot! One day we must find a way to get out of the quagmire l'Affaire Duclos put us all in.

I agree! It's a real pain in the a**! I feel guilty even thinking about taking a photo of someone here without them knowing.
