I've been reading and posting a little in this forum for a few days now. I am bummed I didn't find this place before now. It is good to read post by thoughtful and friendly photographers.

I've been shooting for almost 20 years and find I am just as excited to get out and photograph today as I was then. Watching a print come up in the soup still gives me a tingle.

I shoot medium and not so large (8x10) format. Am looking to get into the ULF when I can.

I found an 8x10 enlarger a few years ago and still am amazed by the quality of the prints at 20x24.

How do I set up a regional focus group for Minnesota?

I look forward to further discussions in this group.

Don't feel bad for not having found this place until just recently... after all... you found it! That's the important part! Welcome from another Wisconsonite! (Sorry Peter...Wisconsonian sounds way to much like Smithsonian). haha

8x10 is larger than I would like to dog around but you already know that this group covers everything from sub-mini to whopping big. It is hard to ask a question and not receive several answers from others with experience.

Welcome. It is a good resource and a nice community.
