Hi there,
I'm Julien. I'm from Lyon, France. Finally subscribing to Photrio ! I'm lucky to have a father and grand father who used to shoot on analog (Pentax Foca), and taught me how to use a camera properly I really got into photography 6 years ago, shooting motorcycles and cars for work. I got myself a Fujifilm X-T20 and starting putting my savings into lens, lights, flashes, studio... I also have a X-T4 and purchased a few instant cameras for fun - Polaroid 635 Supercolor - Instax Mini 40 - Polaroid SX-70.

My house is full of films since then, and I brought one instant camera almost every time I move to some place where something special can happen.

Have a nice day.

My ten year old grandson ask me for a Polaroid camera for the Holidays and I bought him one with two packages of film. I told him that he had to real all the instructions before he started playing with the camera, then read the film loading section again as he loaded film, the how to take a photograph section ...

Polaroid is a great way to introduce youngsters to photography ! They can learn how to deal with light, and understand that every photo is important as there is a limited number of films inside one pack so they don't become compulsive shutter addicts

I am waiting to see what happens after he uses up the two film packs and finds out what the next one will cost him.
