Hi People
My name is Chris and I hail from Benfleet, I have been doing Photography for over 30 years and back in the day i used to have my own darkroom where i used to shoot,develop and print black and white prints as a hobby. I got out of developing after moving house a couple of times but the photography bug never left me, I tend to collect cameras that interest me, I like the old west german Exa, and Nikon 35mm but i still buy the odd camera to try out. In my collection i have a Mamiya 645 pro with a 120 and 135 backs, a Nikkormat ftn, and a nikon f3 with motordrive, I also have 4 Canon EOS Film 35mm, a Voiglander Vito BL, a Pal Jnr, a Zeiss Netter. Plus I have a Lumix G3 with loads of adapters and a large selection of lenses to use with the G3. I tend to shoot more Film than digital these days and develop my own film ( HP5 B+W 400) and scan it with an Epson Perfection 124ou then into Lightroom for adjusting, so with that said I would just like to say hello to all fellow film nerds like myself and look forward to sharing and gaining insight into your worlds.
