Hi Everyone I have had an interest in photography for many years. I have always marveled at the ethereal qualities of black and white photography, asking myself how with only two colours a photograph can say so much more than a photograph using the full colour spectrum. Creative black and white photography and developing to me is a wonderful pastime, from which occasionally I produce a photograph, not very often. Somebody once said something about "it's not arriving that's important its the journey getting there"

Thanks for greetings and making me feel welcome here. After the sad demise of the forum I have contributed to for the last four years it's good to find somewhere to share my enthusiasm for all things photographic.
