I am reluctantly selling my Hexar AF black camera. It hasn't been used much lately and I could use the money.
All functions are working great. This camera did have the dreaded shutter button malfunction better described here:

I tried cleaning and the problem only got worse. With a little digging, I found an old Konica engineer who works on these in his spare time and he installed an ALPS switch which is FAR more reliable and long lasting than the OEM mechanical switch. I think it's rated for something like 500K actuations. Anyhow, the switch is fixed and is likely to outlast the rest of the camera.
There is a small dent on the front left corner just in front of the shutter button. I'm not sure if this was the cause of the shutter problem (I suspect not), but it appears to be mostly cosmetic. See photos.
Lens is tack sharp -- I'll leave it up to others to decide whether it is truly a "cron-killer". AF works as it should. Never had issues with metering or film advance. Really is a fantastic camera and I'm going to regret selling it.
Comes with the HX14 flash unit and a B+W UV filter. $450 shipped to Conus.
