Help with marks on negative

This is a crop on 8x10 Tri-x processed in Jobo 3005 and Wd2d+
I never had any issue with that. Neg just came back from drum scan and I have these marks. Is it from the fluid ? I'm puzzled.

Help needed ! Thanks

Are you talking about the 'washed out' parts of the film. Small local density variations?
I have no idea. Sheet film in a Jobo should have even development. I guess the liquid is randomly distributed across the film plane while the tube rotates, correct? Strange...

Cheryl, I always pre-soak, around 4 minutes. I never had anything like this with my Jobo. I'm quite positive it's the scanning fluid, now I hope that can be removed.
I always shot twice and divide the process. 1th tank get one side of the film holder, the other tank the other side. Just a precaution. From the other tank, the same film which didn't "go to scan" : no mark.
Ok, now it seems that fluid is the problem.

shalom-are you doing billboards?

never knew fluid to leave marks on 35 or 6x6 color chromes

looks like a bad scan to me-the very regular edges preclude dev streaming or fluid marks

i never presoaked b&w more than 1 min-30 sec more ususal-long presoak can cause problems-how deep is tank you are presoaking in-if using daylite paper tube long presoak can cause marks

I know this is an old topic, but did you ever get those marks to come off? I would have tried rewashing the neg.
