There's a standard formula for converting between diopters and diameter magnification. Presuming this "0.3x" is intended to mean "3/10x" that should be equal to a negative lens of 10/3 - 1 = 7/3 diopter, or a focal length (for a negative lens) of a bit less than -420 mm. Remember, all it needs to do is set the focus plane back by something like 3/4 of an inch past the usual 60mm, and you can check my math by measuyring the required new focal length and convert that and the 60mm stock lens to diopters to get the diopter strength needed for the corrector.
