Help with identifying this lens - Rollei HFT 50 4.0

I'm not sure if this lens is exactly same as Distagon made by Zeiss or its origins are somewhat different. I have not ben to locate another with exact same name plate.

This is for SL66.

These lenses were assembled in the Rollei plant, with lens elements delivered by Zeiss. They are every bit as good as their Zeiss counterparts and optically identical. Collectors often pay a premium for lenses with the Zeiss label. If you just want to take good pictures, there is no reason not to use it!
