Help with Gold toner

Can anyone out there help me, I have been given the following chemicals:- 125ml 0.2% Gold Chloride in demineralised water, and 125ml 0.2% Ammonium Thyocyanite in demineralised water; now I am aware that these will make me some Gold toner but I have no idea how much or how to put the stuff together, even after looking through my reference books, and I have many, I am still in the dark. I have no idea how old the chemistry is but it is unopened, and stoppered. I can get hold of demin. water and do have a stock of the usual photo chemicals. I willingly put myself in your hands and will thank, in advance, anyone who can help. Cheers, Terrick.
