Okay, I have the above color head for my Beseler 45 enlarger and I want to use it for printing with Adorama's VC/RC house brand B & W paper.

The problem is that Adorama lists 3 categories of color heads-Durst, Kodak and Agfa
Under Durst they list-Dunco, Durst, Kaiser, Keninzle, Letiz,Lupo
Under Kodak they list-Beseler, De Vere, Chromega, Fujimoto,IFF, Jobo,LPL, Omega,Paterson, Vivitar, Simmard
Under Agfa they list-Agfa, Krokus,Meopta

My question is-what categorie does my Cosar/Mornick fall under?

If no one knows it, you would have to try it at each of the three settings above.

Just pick one. I would use the Beseler settings. I've always used Ilford filter settings with my Dichro 45s head. These worked with Kodak, Ilford, Forte, and Agfa papers. That was before I got a dedicated VC head. I highly recommend using the blend of M and Y filtration for constant neutral density. This will eliminate a lot of exposure time changes when changing contrast..

If it is true that Yellow goes to 200 'points' and Magenta goes to 150 'points,' then I'd start with the Kodak values in this Ilford chart:
