HELP shot Delta 3200 @ iso 250

Forgot what film I had in my rolli and shot the entire roll (except for the first shot) at 250. I am thinking Hc-110 dil B for 5 minutes. Advice would be very welcomed.

The Ilford data sheet gives developer/times for values down to ISO 400, which is getting close to 250. For ISO 400 and HC-110/B, it's 6 min, so your 5min suggestion should be pretty close to the mark.
