Help. Mystery Camera?

I saw this picture randomly searching around the net. I'm very curious, does anyone know what Camera Model/Camera Manufacturer this is?
It looks slightly like a KOWA, but not certain.

It's a Russian camera from the 70's, for example Kalimar or Zenit.

Looks like a Zenit-B. Could also be a Zenit-E, they look very similar.

The Zenit was made in millions. Thus a sight one should know...
Especially as there was designating in Kyrillic or Latin and rebranding too
