While I hope someone is able to help you with your problem, I would suggest posting on a more digitally oriented forum/group.

Welcome to Photrio.
As Marcelo posted, we might not be the best place to ask.
As this part of Photrio is concerned with film cameras, I'm going to move your thread to the part of Photrio that relates to digital cameras. I hope that you find the help you need.

Picture 2 shows what is called snow in electronics. It says no signal from the sensor is reaching the display. Picture 1 says the display is working.
Turn the camera off, remove the battery, turn the camera on and let it set for a few hours, turn the camera off, install the battery, turn the camera on and try it again. If the problem continues take the camera to a repair shop.

I checked the manual for this camera-- it doesn't have an external microphone input. I reread your post, and realized you opened the camera to add a microphone input-- this is a non-trivial operation, and one almost certain to go wrong, and it appears that it has.

I don't know enough about the circuitry, or the microphone you're adding, but I would suspect either you've introduced a powered signal to a bus that wasn't expecting one, or you've used a microphone with vastly different impedance.

Good luck, but no one on here will be able to help-- you need to take this to a Sony trained technician. shutterfinger's advice is probably the best you can get.
