Help me identify this lens and mount? Enlargement or large format?

Yup - spot on Dave.

It's an early Series II or Series III amateur budget enthusiast enlarging lens made in a variety of focal lengths - not very well corrected simple design by the by the former Wray factory near where I live in Bromley, Kent. The factory was more famous for its Wrayflex camera and the later more innovative 135mm f4.5 enlarging lenses as well as Lustrar lenses.

It is fortunate that the lens name "SUPAR" doesn't have an extra "B" added in the middle .....
