ebay.de is your friend. Lots of Plaubel accessories at reasonable prices. Many of those who say they'll only ship to Germany will happily send things to Norden if you ask nicely first.

As Armin says, any lens can be used, the only question is whether it covers the format, and how well. 180 and 210 Symmars - single coated lenses from the 1950s and 60s - are high quality and very cheap on the secondhand market. For longer lenses the 300 and 360 mm APO-Ronars are a good buy, often selling for less than the shutter would get on its own. Quality wide angles are always expensive, but the 121 Super Angulon is one option that is sharp, has buckets of coverage for the format and usually sells quite cheaply. Plain Angulons are cheaper yet, but don't have the coverage for, say, architectural photography in a dense city.

There was a behind the lens shutter sold for Plaubel cameras. This, or a small aperture and a lenscap, would let you use cheap barrel lenses if you want to try a particular focal length to see how it fits you. G-clarons are widely recommended because the later ones fit into a standard shutter, but if you can live without the shutter (it's surprising how easy that is) the Rodenstock APO-Gerogons and Agfa Intergons are as good and usually much cheaper. In longer lengths, the barrel APO-Ronars work beautifully.
