I've been busy with kids the last 12 years, and I can't seem to find a foolproof way to develop the 120 Rollei ATP I have squirreled away. It's really bumming me out that there's no more dedicated developer. I'm at the point where I'm willing to mix anything I'm able to buy legally for a homebrew. Or maybe off someone on apug. I really enjoyed shooting it. Willing to sacrifice a roll for free testing. I don't think I have any 35mm though.
I've read about caffenol LC, but I was hoping there was more of a pro alternative with more consistent results.
Very infrequent agitation with dilute Rodinal might be worth a try, I've seen it work with Kodak's Technical Pan and several other high contrast technical films.
I'm currently using Pyrocat HDC to develop technical films. You can try POTA. You could also take a look at the threads made by @Alan Johnson about low contrast developers - like this one.

POTA is about 12-20 minutes, I think, depending what you shot and what speed. Requires testing, I think. I haven't used it in a few years.
I'm using Pyrocat HDC for 14 minutes with continuous agitation in a Jobo. 2ml of the glycol solution to 1.5g sodium carbonate in 200ml water. For inversion, you'd need to go with more, obviously. You'd need to test.
Honestly, I wish I could play around with some of this film, It looks really interesting. I’m currently playing around with an extremely low contrast film developer called HW control, I bet it would work really well with this film.
