I have a near mint KW SLR case which I can't identify, no photos at the moment could add some tomorrow.

It's too tall for a Praktina, FX, looking from the rear the tripod mount is on the far right, the left is cutaway for a bottom lever wind, I've seen the camera that it's meant for I guess a KW Praktica but can't remember which model.

The only Praktica models with bottom lever were the models IV and V.

Thanks, I couldn't find a picture anywhere of the bottom lever wind, I have now, The only Praktica's tall enough would also be the IV and V and thinking about it the seller had one at a previous camera fair.

It has to be an early Praktica IV case because of the KW marking.
