Help identifying Beseler CB7 Head Model

I recently acquired this lovely Beseler CB7 and can't seem to find *any* information about the color head attached to it. I'm really hoping that someone can enlighten me on what it is.

There are no brand markings, identifying information, etc. There are 3 knobs that go 0-100 (Y/M/C) and 3 pull tabs (Also Y/M/C) that add to the dials. I have no idea if the pull tab adds another 100(?) for a total of 200?. I know the filters very likely need replaced as all of them maxed out results in a slightly, but noticeable, green tint.

I'm new, and very clearly still building out my darkroom . I'd greatly appreciate any info as I cannot find ANYTHING about this head in any Beseler documentation/manuals I've found.
