Help Idenify 4x5 Notch Code

Can someone help me identify some 4x5 film and suggest development?

I recently acquired a Kinematic holder, and when I went to test it, found it was loaded. Since I only ruined one sheet, I pulled it, and cannot identify the square notch-code on the internet (I'm still looking).
I have no idea what the film is, if it was exposed, how old it is, how it was stored, etc.

Since I'll be developing some fresh FP4+ tonight, I thought I might as well have some fun with this found film and see if anything develops.

I figure there would be no harm in Rodinal 1:100 semi-stand.

The holder is labeled with a piece of old masking tape, but that does not mean the film inside matches the label.
It's hand-written, faded, and a bit sloppy. This is the best I can make it out:
"GAF Typ 2863" (or 3865, or _86_)
"ASA 500"
"Day 400"
"Tungsten 320"
For what it's worth, there is a sliver of a light-green label under the edge of the tape.

I thought it might be GAF/ANSCO, but it does not match those shown at http://www.mattosbornephotography.com/Ansco/ansco_notch_codes.pdf

The notches would suggest GAF/Ansco as above but may be a special order rather than stock, Kodak used extra notches for special order.

There was a Super Hypan in 4x5 that is not on the Ansco notch list but is not the correct notches:

Looks like they used the Superpan Press ID.

expose it like a test strip using your dark slide to block areas off
start at iso 100 and go back doubling the time, develop it dektol 1:6 for 6 minutes
after you wash the negative decide what you want to expose the rest of your film at.
or just expose it at iso 25 and process it the same way, seems about right.

I finally developed it tonight (it's still Saturday until I wake the following day). Last week had fallen through due to my best friend being ill (she's much better now).

I'd found those GAF/ANSCO codes too - but never the exact one. I wasn't going to assume it was good or unexposed, and have no idea how old it is, so was not going to shoot it or waste a lot of developer - I just wanted to see if there was anything on it. I used Rodinal 1:100 semi-stand.

That looks like the same green as the shred I found.

Whatever the film was, there were no discernible images on it. It had a dark mottled fog, as if someone cycled through the septa to see if the holder worked.
