Dear Digital Gurus,

Doing a project photographing portraits, I have the choice of Canon D40, D20 or D10,
My questions are:

a) how do I tether these cameras directly to display on 32" Samsung LCD TV?
b) If you know what cables would be required as well as any part number.
c) I fellow photographer I have seen do it with a Fuji S-2, not sure if it was composite or mini HDMI?
d) Do I turn monitor and mount it vertically since most shots are done in portrait mode?
e) Basically I want the sitter to see the picture after it has been captured in the camera,
just as one would view on the back of the camera?
f) are there any in camera settings to accomplish this once I obtain the cable(s) ?

Many Thanks! for your advice on this.
