My hasselblad 500C has an issue - the shutter jammed, lens won't come out (common blad issue). As I go inside the body to manual recock the lens with the screw shaft, I noticed that the insert on the lens in completely out of place. In other words, the screw in the body only turns about 1/4 of a turn until it hits the winding insert on the lens (its out of place on the left side). Rendering my lens undetachable from the body and shutter not able to be recocked.

I made an appointment to bring it to a blad doctor nearby where I live but wanted to see if any of you have suggestions before I spend money on this issue.

Thank you for your help.

Ive had this happen once before. It happened when I was taking a lens off the body and as I was rotating it off, my finger tripped the shutter button and locked the lens part way off. I ended up getting it off by very carefully twisting the lens and rotating the winder screw from inside the body. It took a while but i did get it off. It was a combination of finding the exact spot on both for it to rotate off. PS it was not an enjoyable experience.
