Hi all,

I hope you can help me, since I don't seem to find relevant info by searching on google.

I'm currently residing in Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany (in ) and will will stay here until end of June 2013.

I have a bunch of C41 35mm film to be developed and ideally scanned, but I have no idea where to go here in Friedrichshafen, nor in nearby cities like Ravensburg, Markdorf or even Konstanz.

If film is to be dropped physically it has to at one of these places, but I'm also open to sending the film by mail for it to be developed.

Can anybody from the German members of APUG help me out ?

Thanks in advance.

Photo Studio 13 near Stuttgart will work through the mail, as will Sedan Sieben Fotofachlabor in Munich. In Friedrichshafen it appears that Müller Ltd. & Co and dm-DIGI-foto are 2 places that can help, they take 3 days and use Cewe for the color developing and printing.

If you go into many Optik shops, they will offer similar send out service, also.

Thanks for the info. Surprised to read Muller Ltd might do that, I've been at a couple of them and did not see lab quiosk. Will inquire tomorrow.

The dm-digi seems to be targeting other products and services.

Thanks again, I,'ll report back tomorrow.

Ok, left one roll on muller and a couple at photo-porst (family owned photo store in centre of Friedrichshafen).

The time it takes at photo store is between 8 and 10 days! !! And the lady at the store was very confused by the Ilford Xp2 film, did not know about chromogenic films. kept thinking it was regular black&white film lol...

Glad to hear you found another one. The only issue with the XP-2 I have had is that sometimes the prints have a cast to them. I've gotten some with greenish tint and some with brownish. With the XP-2, just say C41, they know that.

I hope the prints come out well.

Yep, the prints came with a colour cast.

Furthermore, it seems the prints were made from a lower resolution scan.
