Hi everyone.
I have just joined the forum and thought I'd introduce myself.
I did have a Contax 139 many years ago but sold it as it wasn't getting used. A few years ago I got a Canon 500D but also hadn't used it much until recently when I decided to try to get back into photography. During this process I decided that I would also like a film camera and so have recently acquired the following (all in very nice condition):
Nikon FE2
Nikon Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 AI
Nikon Nikkor 28mm f/2.8 AI-s
Nikon Nikkor 80-200mm f/4 AI-s
Nikon SB-20
I can't believe the quality Nikon equipment that is available at bargain prices. Goodness knows what the equivalent quality would cost in terms of modern lenses.
I have already made use of the excellent information on this forum to help inform my acquisitions and no doubt will continue to make use of it in the future. At the moment I have one rather long-winded question regarding fill flash - perhaps someone could advise the most appropriate place to post the question - it looks like it might be 'Exposure Discussion' but I'd appreciate confirmation.
