I have been using film since 1968, but the last 3 years it has become a passion. My next goal is to learn film developing. I have also been searching for like minded folks to learn from. I tryed a local camera club, but they were totaly digital. About the only thing I learned was I had the wrong cameras, lol. I will try not to ask to many lame questions.

Hi Jeff thanks for the welcome. I am not anti digital, but I am not close to being a good film photographer and I also feel I have to much invested in film gear.
A warm welcome from the other side of the globe! Best of luck with the developing - I'm sure you'll find it brings a whole new level of enjoyment to the process.
Glad you found your way here and be sure to show off your work when you get a chance!
Hi jamesgignac Thank you for the long distance welcome. Hate to admit this but I have not figured out a easy way to post pictures. I do think I am going to enjoy this forum.
Hi Mats Thank you for welcome. I do,nt know if you would care to much for our autumn weather. Today the high was 93 but I sure could not take your winter weather, brrrr.
Hi Charles Thanks for the welcome and I am looking forward to developing my own film. I will have many questions, I have been reading up on developing but will be asking for advice on chemicals, etc.
Howdy Valerie Yes we are neigbors, I live in Baytown, not to far down the road. Many thanks for the welcome. I have never joined a forum where a new guy is made to feel so welcome. Many thanks to all.
