Hi everyone!
I'm new to this forums, which seem huge compared to the ones I've been reading and posting to until now. I see another Italian photographer like me has just joined the band, I hope we'll contribute to the good name of our homeland =)
I think a short introduction is due, so here I go.
I've been shooting for a couple of years now: I started with bw film and I'm staying analog as long as I can foresee. I study & work in IT so spending my free time shooting digital isn't very appealing to me. I prefer shutting myself in a dark and smelly room printing on costly silver-covered paper
My photography is, quite obviously, a reflection of my views and needs: I am naturally curious about people, but shy at the same time, so I ended up shooting street without even consciously choosing this. I occasionally shoot portraits, too, but I find posing people a though task (remember? I'm shy
) so I mostly shoot candids.
