Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself here. I recently just went back to film after almost 20 years and am enjoying having to rediscover and relearn everything all over again. Hope to make some new friends on and offline here too. I've not run into too many film shooters while out and about in downtown Vancouver so if anyone here is from town say hello too!

Hello Vancouver!
My sister spent a month (June) touring around Vancouver, Victoria, cruising to Skelway and Juneau — glowing reports of photographic potential left, right and centre. Still sorting through thousands of pics!!
APUG is the place to be.

Ah, film shooter. There is a hardcore gang of photographers / camera enthusiasts that meet at the Cafe Zen in Kitsilano, 9am Fridays. The ringleader might be considered Tom A at www.rapidwinder.com

You'll meet many Leica enthusiasts, but also many digital and film / darkroom guys.

There are a couple of APUG photographers heading up to Vancouver from Australia in September I think. Mostly work but also some play, so likely you'll come across folks with LF kit in some place.
