Hey everyone! My name is Ben and I live in Virginia and have been shooting analog for about 2.5 years now! I have a constantly growing collection of cameras, I've lost count. I'm slowing down the collecting now and getting more into working on my photography skills. I shoot anything I can get my hands on. I think MF is what I use the most but I shoot a lot of 35mm and Polaroid too and I just got my first 4x5 (Speed Graphic) and developed 2 sheets last night! Right now I'm strictly shooting B&W and home developing but after summer I plan on getting into color developing!
I really enjoy reading about the history of everything photography and learning new techniques for shooting, developing or enlarging! I'm excited to learn more and hopefully don't blow my entire savings account in the classified section!
EDIT: also, an interesting fact about me and my "claim to fame" is when I found some undeveloped film by accident and ended up with some 50+ year old photos from Vietnam and was interviewed by a few news outlets! http://abcnews.go.com/US/virginia-man-finds-trove-vietnam-war-era-photos/story?id=30370840
