Hello from southwest Germany.

Hello All,

I'm a Brit living in Germany. I've been a dabbler in photography for years but have lately become a bit more focussed to the extent that I've just developed my first two 35 mm B&W films and my first two 5x4 BW sheet films. I've also finally been able to define just what camera kit I want and to that end have bought a Zeiss Ikon ZM. From now on I'm going to use that and my large format camera (everything else will be sold off). I'm also in the business of trying to set up a dark room in the cellar and will probably be asking for advice on that. This forum certainly looks as though it has enough collective expertise for any amount of questions and I'm quite looking forward to learning from other members.

I haven't been here for long, but I'll join in the "welcome" wagon! I took a couple of years' worth of German a while back but I won't butcher it for you here because you probably get that enough already.
