Hi all.

Having become increasingly disillusioned by the wonders of digital, I have decided to re-build my old film system.

I am now the proud owner of a Hasselblad 503CW plus a few bits.

Looking forward to joining the discussions here.

Welcome to APUG. You are in the right place. And you have chosen an awesome camera.

Well thanks for saying.

I have to say, Hasselblad gear prices are still quite high. I was hoping the stuff would have been cheap in these modern times.

Crikey.... two new members from Hampshire......we are being overrun! :D Seriously though, anyone who is film based is welcome. I am now almost entirely film based having gone through the expense of digital, upgrading when a particular programme no longer works. Replacing A3 printer when the heads block up (about every 18 months) and don't even mention the cost of the ink!bandit: This symbolises the gun to your head if using digital

I got caught up in the "must have the latest" race and spent more time upgrading than enjoying my hobby.
I'll be selling at least half of my digital gear soon to fund more lenses and a darkroom.

Thanks.
I have a billion questions but, where to start?

As a very long time photographer I did not have too many questions, however, the ones I did present to the community were answered in complete detail and very helpful.

Welcome to APUG

Your choice of camera shows that you are very wise.
