It's been a long time coming but finally I've decided to join.
Long time lurker first time poster.
I'm shooting 35mm and medium format. More or less just getting into developing my own films. C41 B&W and E6. If anyone can recommend a good place for cheapish glass containers (or plastic) glass funnel, extra graduated cylinders etc in the Hamilton to Oakville area I'd be thrilled!

Cheers

gidday from Ottawa!

More greetings from Ottawa. PET soda/pop/water bottles make excellent chemical containers. Just make sure that there is no room for confusion about what's in it. A plastic funnel from Canadian tire does the job for me.

Welcome to APUG

Welcome to APUG from the left coast.

welcome

Burlinton Camera has a massive catalog of new and used darkroom gear...they're at Guelph line and new st in burlington.

Also be sure to check out the Latow Photography Guild...good core of group of film shooters are active in the guild darkroom at the agb.

Welcome, from Vancouver (though I'm from Toronto but in exile)

Dude. I'm the one in exile...Toronto to Rhode Island!

I even worked at Sam the Record Man!

Welcome aboard to the OP.

I'm new here, too. I cannot believe the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience, and the willingness to help at any level, demonstrated by the general membership.

Seek and ye shall find, Tim.

Spijker...I have a horror story about storing chemistry in soda bottles...it involves a "house-sitter"!

I was the "tech guy" at Sprint Systems of Photography when that call came in...

Welcome from Kyoto from a former Calgarian, Winnipegger, part-time Torontonian, ...well, you get the picture.

Thanks for all the welcomes!
Actually yes I've been to Burlington Camera. Pretty awesome place. They seem to develop lots of film too.
I like the beer idea for containers. I've seem some with buckle stoppers.
I lived in Calgary for 10 years. Boy do I miss the easy access to mountains and nature. Been back in Ontario for 6 years and still have the itch to head west again. One day! Cheers all. I look forward to a long APUG stay!

Bell*Arte Camera on Ottawa St N in Hamilton had a pretty extensive stock of darkroom supplies when last I was there.
