Hello from Melbourne

What a wonderful surprise it was to find this site. I thought I was one of the last ones left still shooting film. I've been in and out of photography for about 30 years. I do have a digital camera but prefer film. My interest in film photography was recently rekindled when I resurrected my old OM-1 to take some B+W family shots. A while back I used to develop and print my own B+W but sold my darkroom gear about 5 years ago. I'm now quite interested in MF and that is what led me here. Lots of good info here and I will be a regular visitor from now on.

Hi Greg, from yet another Melburnian!! Lots of mad/tangential information to be completely absorbed by here!!! I too confess a love of OM cameras. I found a cheap 17mm OM lens (vivitar) recently, that has an amazing angle of view, but ooh, the distortion... still..
