Hello!
Just saw this introductions section. Until this year, I hadn't used film in about 15 years, since the high school darkroom days and point and shoots on family vacations. Well, earlier this year I experimented with film presets for digital files, and wouldn't you know I wound up buying a few used 35mm cameras and falling in love with film, mainly black and white. I then appropriated my grandfather's enlarger from storage and set up a darkroom. Then I wound up selling my main digital camera, and bought a Hasselblad. Throughout the process of figuring all this stuff out, this site (then called APUG) kept coming up in my google searches, and has proven to be an invaluable resource, along with a few books I got used. I look forward to continuing to read and participate.
