salutations to all:
My name is Tim and I’m a Los Angeles based photog. I’ve been doing this since I was 11 which was a looong time ago. Anyway I retired about 4 years ago from my career as a scientist and decide to devote myself to the inner artist.

I have experience in both B&W and color dark rooms and currently have both digital and films cameras all they way to 4x5.
I specialize in abstract/conceptual material primarily although I like architecture, travel and trains and planes. I’m trying to explore time and entropy in still images.
Current projects include abstract wave series, constructive narrative around Aliens (lol) and a dance sequence.

Hey Tom hello from the east side of LA (love this city!). I have followed a similar trajectory, started when I was about 11 and now am looking forward to some retirement time shortly to indulge in my visual passion. I have everything I want (cameras, lights, nicely built out darkroom) but no time to use it at the moment! Look forward to more posts from you.
