Hi, My name is Jerry. I've been in photography since junior high. I've shooy mostly B&W and medium format although I also shoot some color and 35mm and 4x5.
I was introduced to APUG by Bill Schwab a while back and have been checking it out for a while and finally decided subscribe. I've enjoyed looking at the galleries and reading the forums. I'm glad to see there are alot of members from this area.

Welcome Jerry. I was born in Livonia, and lived there until I was 6 (went to Roosevelt Elementary ), bought my wife's wedding ring at the Jewelry Factory.

I even worked at Wonderland as teenager.

I was born in Detroit and live there 12 years, moved to Southfield and came to NY when I was 18. Been here ever since.

Welcome to APUG Jerry! I lived in the Upper Peninsula (Manistique) for a while as a teen. Not sure how far north that is from you, but it is beautiful country.

Darr, Thanks. Livonia is in southeast Michigan. I haven't been to Manistique yet but I'm sure it's at least a six hour drive from hear.

Here's some of my own useless informatiom. I went to Cass Elementary, grades 4-6, Dickinson J.H., grades 7-9 and this my third time living in Livonia.

I've never been to Cross Village. I'm hoping to get up that way pretty soon with a group going up with Bill Schwab. I'm sure we'll meet up sometime.
