Hi, I just restarted with large format and I am exclusively dedicating to it. Exciting, love the limitations and the craft part of it. It's tangible photography.

I was wondering what is the difference in this forum between analog/hybrid. If I scan my film then am I hybrid?

Thanks

Welcome to Photrio! Scanning your film to share it on this site is not hybrid. It's just the process you need to do to share photos online.

Analog/Hybrid/Digital refers to the process of image making:

Analog - image was taken on an "analog" substrate - film, glass, paper, etc. Chemically developed and/or printed in a darkroom (if applicable).
Hybrid - some part of the image process, from capture to print, is done digitally. The most common hybrid process here is using digital negatives, regardless of film or digital capture. Shoot film, make a digital neg for contact printing? Hybrid.
Digital - the entire process is done digitally.

Hope that helps.
